Garden Club honored

The Winchester Board of Commissioners honored the Clark County Garden Club for its work on the first publicly certified rain garden in Clark County at the Generations Center. The garden, which traps runoff from the center, was created in spring through a joint effort between the center, the Garden Club and the city of Winchester along with clients and volunteers.
