Charged
— Robert G. Tucker, 36, of Versailles, was charged Tuesday with expired registration plates and no insurance. He was served a warrant from Madison County.
— Timothy B. Porter, 43, of Cumming, Ga., was charged Tuesday with speeding and no insurance.

Accidents
— A car driven by Anastasia Jones, of Richmond, was traveling south on Bypass Road and entered the turning lane to travel east on Colby Road. She proceeded to make a left turn while the light was yellow and was struck on the passenger side by a car driven by Larry Long, of Gallipolis, Ohio. Another vehicle, driven by David C. Howard, of 224 Prescott Lane, was stopped on Colby Road, facing west in the turning lane. After the initial collision, Jones collided into the front of Howard's car. Jones, Long and his passenger, Cathy Long, were transported to the hospital.
