McDowell Wellness Center is offering its popular Boot Camp exercise program beginning Sept. 21 with an early morning class from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. The class will meet each Monday, Wednesday and Friday for six weeks.
This is a basic training class comprised of exercises that are used to train military personnel. They include push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, up-downs and running.
Class size is limited, so advance sign-up is recommended.
