FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board approved the Twilight Riding School for $2,500 each in Clark and Fayette County Agricultural Development Funds to construct an equine education facility in Clark County.
The goal of this project is to teach prospective horse owners what it takes and what it costs to own or keep a horse. The school will hold classes, summer camps and work with the 4-H programs in both Clark and Fayette counties.
This project was one of 18 proposals approved by the board, chaired by Gov. Steve Beshear, in August.
