The Battle of Lancaster is being held at the Garrard County Fairgrounds on U.S. 27 today through Sunday. Today, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. is School Day and students are admitted free. On Saturday and Sunday admission for the general public will be $5 per car. On Saturday, camp opens to the public at 10 a.m.; meet the generals and President Lincoln at 12:30 p.m.; and the Battle of Lancaster will begin at 4 p.m.
On Sunday, camp opens at 11 a.m.; meet the generals at 11:30 a.m.; and the Battle of Lancaster will begin at 2 p.m.
