The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Oct. 5 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Bobby J. Horn, disregarding a stop sign, dismissed; license to be in possession, pleaded guilty, 14 days; careless driving, dismissed; driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, 14 days concurrent, fined, 12 months license suspension, plates impounded; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, 14 days concurrent.

— Benjamin Lefever, fourth-degree assault, amended to terroristic threatening, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 170 days conditionally discharged; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Krystal A. Jackson, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, 60 days conditionally discharged; fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Corey D. Knox, driving under the influence, guilty plea set aside, amended to operating contrary to laws, pleaded guilty, fined.

— Joshua David Coleman, theft by unlawful taking, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged.

— Randall Curtis, attempted tampering with physical evidence, receiving stolen property under $500, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 360 days jail or rehab.

— Rhonda Jean Piersall, first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.

— Misty A. Rayburn, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90 day license suspension.

— Owen Sams, receiving stolen property under $500, pleaded guilty, 21 days, restitution.

— Owen L. Sams, attempted receiving stolen property over $300, attempted theft by unlawful taking, second-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, 360 days; contempt of court, dismissed; non-payment of fines, dismissed.
