Bettina Harrison Canfield, 94, died at the Nicholasville home of daughter Fredrica "Rickey" Canfield Smith, and Richard Smith, on Oct. 22, 2009. A registered nurse and wife of the late Arthur Josiah Canfield. She was predeceased by daughters, Charlotte Canfield and Bettina Nardella, and grandson, Nelson Preston. She is survived by grandchildren: Wendy Canfield Yemm of Stratford, Conn., Andrew Smith of Marlton, N.J., David Smith of Cincinnati, Marshall Mintz, of New York City and Sunday Pace of Chimacook, Wash., and great-grandchildren, Justin Smith of Wilmore, Edward and Samuel Smith, of Marlton, N.J., and Angelina, Cara, John, and Anna Pace, all of Chimacook, Wash.
