— Justin T. Hisle, leaving the scene of an accident, pleaded guilty, 360 days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— James R. Robb Jr., driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, four days, credit for time served, fined, 90 day license suspension.

— Johnny D. Southwood, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, dismissed.

— Donna J. Camel, failure to wear seat belt, pleaded guilty, fined; no or expired registration plate, dismissed; no or expired registration receipt, dismissed; driving on a DUI suspended operator's license, amended to no operator's license, pleaded guilty, fined; failure to produce insurance card, pleaded guilty, fined; improper display of registration plate, dismissed.

— Asa Derek Hatton, fourth-degree assault, dismissed.

— Verna M. Hood, reckless driving, dismissed; driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, fined, 12 month license suspension, plates impounded, one day, credit for time served, 12 days home incarceration.

— Brian Wilson, theft by unlawful taking, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 240 days, restitution.
