— Randall Smith Jr., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 3.
— David Ray Coffey Jr., theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years unsupervised probation.
— Jannine Nicole Gibson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to five years each, to run concurrently.
— Clinton R. Ingram, receiving stolen property under $10,000, sentenced to one year.
— Yonah M. Israel, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years.
— Teresa Miller, theft by unlawful taking (five counts), theft of identity (five counts), sentenced to six months on one count, three years on all other counts, probated for five years.
