Throughout Winchester, residents tackled the task of decorating for Christmas on Saturday and Sunday to take advantage of the unseasonably warm temperatures. Geri Invergo and her son, Mark, wound red ribbon around one of two posts while decorating the front of her home Sunday afternoon, left photo.
