CLASSES



Body Recall — 9:30 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Boyle County Senior Citizens Center. For more information, call the center at (859) 236-2070.

GED Classes — Held weekly in Stanford, Crab Orchard, McKinney, Highland and Waynesburg. Classes also available include adult basic education, computer, workplace skills, English as second language and others. For more information, call (606) 365-9665.

GED Classes — Danville Adult Education and Literacy Center, Room 208, Danville High School, is offering individual instruction on learning to read, preparing for GED or improving writing, reading and math skills. Open five days a week. For more information, call (859) 238-1303.

Mercer County Adult Education — Free GED preparation, workplace soft-skill training, basic computer training and other instruction based on needs of participant. ORGANIZATIONS



AARP Chapter of Garrard County — 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Senior Citizens Center on Farra Drive, Lancaster. The club will have its annual Christmas breakfast. New officers will be installed. The meal will be catered, and payment is responsibility of the participant. Everyone 50 and older is welcome.
