WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Dawn M. Hollon, 29, of 221 S. Highland St., was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing and contempt of court.

— Randall Jones, 35, of 211 Moss Circle, was charged Monday with a parole violation.

— Jeremy D. Dunn, 27, of Cynthiana, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

— Martha J. Holland, 33, of 505 Westwood Drive, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

Reports

— At 12:08 p.m. Sunday, Beverly Wilson of 1290 Fulton Road reported that a vehicle damaged a fence on her property during the night.

— At 5:36 p.m. Monday, employees at Kmart reported that a man left the store without paying for a University of Kentucky hooded sweatshirt and a pair of bib overalls. Jeremy D. Dunn was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:57 p.m. Monday, employees at Kmart reported observing a woman place items in a bag and attempt to leave the store without paying. Martha J. Holland was charged with taking nearly $145 in merchandise.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— James T. Wells, 21, of 8303 Ecton Road, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary (two counts).

— Megan K. Toble, 21, of Frankfort, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of marijuana and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

Reports

— At 8:29 p.m. Monday, George Creech of 10620 Iron Works Road reported that he returned home and found that someone had broken into his home and took a .380 semi-automatic Jennings handgun.

— At 7:41 p.m. Monday, Ivan S. Woosley of 3012 Two Mile Road reported that someone broke into his home and took a number of items including two class rings, a watch, several other pieces of jewelry and a pickle jar containing approximately $500 in change.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel conducted five local transfers and responded to one general medical call, two motor vehicle accidents, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two cardiac cases, one overdose and four engine assists.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:41 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 200 Glenway Drive.
