Stella B. Harris, a Winchester native, is Kentucky Educational Television's Employee of the Month. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Birch of Muddy Creek Pike, Ms. Harris is assistant treasurer of the KET Foundation Inc.
A former Winchester resident is making a name for himself in the insurance business in Florida. Robert Cruse, 43, heads Robert Cruse and Associates in Palm Beach. His firm handles various kinds of insurance, but he himself specializes in insurance for self-employed individuals, covering emotional burnout, as well as physical disability. He represents more than 100 doctors and lawyers.
Officers of the Clark County Saddle Club were installed at the annual Christmas dinner Saturday, Dec. 1, at Central Elementary School. Officers are Betty J. Allen, corresponding secretary; William S. Wilcox, treasurer; Anna Jean Colliver, secretary; W.C. Colliver, president; and Sam Anderson, vice president.
