Country ham breakfast set
Franklin Masonic Lodge No. 28 will have its monthly country ham breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the lodge at 400 N. Fourth St.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast includes country ham, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, potatoes, pastries and gravy.
Watch night service this week
Redemption Road Church in Danville will have a watch night service beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday. The church is now located in the Danville Manor Shopping Center in the old Cinema 4 complex. For more information, call (606) 365-7682.
Meetings
Lincoln County Board of Adjustments — 1 p.m. Jan. 13 in the courthouse second floor courtroom for a public hearing on a conditional use permit application submitted by Terry Pritchard, for property located at 396 Happy Hollow Road in Hustonville, to operate a pay-lake. The property is currently zoned agricultural.
Also on the agenda is a request by Tom Johnson for Jordon Manor Manufactured Home Park to be completed in four phases. The conditional use permit was granted on Nov. 14, 2006, and the property currently is zoned agricultural.
