Artist spotlight

DecembeRadio is an awesome Virginia-based, Southern rock/Christian rock band on the Slanted Records label. The group includes bassist and lead vocalist Josh Reedy, lead guitarist Brian Bunn, rhythm guitarist Eric Miker and drummer Boone Daughdrill.

These Grammy nominees are the 2007 and 2009 Dove award winners for Rock Album of the Year. Their latest release, produced by Scotty Wilbanks, is titled “Satisfied.”

DecembeRadio came to Danville back in March for a CD/DVD launch/meet and greet at Danville Christian Bookstore. Later that same day, they performed in concert in Harrodsburg while on the “Inside Out” concert tour with Seventh Day Slumber.

DecembeRadio will return to the area on Thursday for a concert during the Ichthus Music Festival in Wilmore. If you get the chance to see them perform live in concert, take it! If you are lucky enough to meet the guys, you will find that they are a really cool, down-to-earth bunch! I heart DecembeRadio, they ROCK!
