Tony Stevens
STANFORD — Tony Stevens, 46, of Lancaster died Friday at the University of Kentucky Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington.
He is survived by his father, Dale Stevens of Eatonville, Wash., and his mother Evelyn Jensen of Preston, Idaho. Also surviving is a special friend, Michael Stolle.
There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Spurlin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
