The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 16 with Judge Julia Hylton Adams presiding.

— Buford Wayne Rader, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Oct. 14.

— Sergio Balderas, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Oct. 14.

— James R. McFarland, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended six years concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Oct. 14.

— Rodney G. Butler II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years each; first-degree persistent felony offender, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty; sentencing Oct. 14.

— Rodney G. Butler II, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; second-degree fleeing or evading police, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; resisting arrest, dismissed; first-degree persistent felony offender, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty; sentencing Oct. 14.

— Rodney G. Butler II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, pleaded guilty, concurrent with previous cases, sentencing Oct. 14.

— Rodney G. Butler II, flagrant non-support (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years each; first-degree persistent felony offender, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty; sentencing Oct. 14.
