George Logan Jacobs Sr., 81, husband of Billie Elaine Jordan Jacobs, died Monday, Oct. 4.
Additional survivors include his children, Karen and husband Paul Goldey, George Logan and wife Marie Jacobs Jr., and Ronald Earl and wife Fredda Jacobs; grandchildren, Brian Goldey, Nick and wife Kirstie Jacobs, Scotty and wife Brittany Michael Jacobs and Megan Jacobs; great-grandchildren, Ashley Paul and George Goldey; and many other family members.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Howard, and a brother, Joe Jacobs.
Services will take place at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 8, at Edgewood Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. Thursday at Edgewood Baptist Church and from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday.
