Julia Renee Way Burrus, 49, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010.
She was born Aug. 6, 1961, in Richardson, Texas, daughter of the late Charles and Alicia Boone Way.
Julia is survived by her beloved husband, Eddy Burrus, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Burrus, Nicholasville; daughter Chelsea Burrus, Nicholasville; sons Alex and Tylor Burrus, Nicholasville; daughter Rachel Way, Garland, Texas; grandson, Jacob Burrus, Nicholasville; brothers Chuck Way, Garland, Texas and Rusty Way, Richardson, Texas; Aunt, Ellen Fox, Garland, Texas; cousins Thomas Fox, Garland, Texas; and Michael Fox and family, Virginia Beach, Va.
Julia was a devoted wife and loving mother who dedicated her life caring for her family whom she loved so deeply.
Her husband and children wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to the Purple Hospice Team of the Bluegrass for their continuous support and loving care to Julia during her illness.
A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, at Jessamine Christian Church, 130 Courchelle Dr., Nicholasville.
