WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Over the weekend, emergency personnel conducted three local transfers and 10 out-of-town transfers. They also responded to seven general medical cases, four respiratory cases, two motor vehicle accidents, three diabetic cases, two falls, one assault, one overdose, one seizure, one stroke and two engine assists.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— On Sunday, emergency personnel responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road at 1:09 p.m. They also provided EMS assistance at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation at 2:28 p.m. Sunday and investigated smoke on Van Meter Road at 3:38 p.m. Sunday.

WINCHESTER POLICE

— At approximately 1:02 p.m. Friday, police responded to a report of vandalism at King Brothers Used Cars, 807 W. Lexington Road. The hood of a vehicle was damaged.

— At 1:01 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of harassing communication at 705 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 2 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of criminal trespassing at 2 Georgia St.

— At approximately 7:39 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 120 Strode Station Circle. The victim reported that the back door was kicked in and a PlayStation 2 and several games were missing.

— At 9:58 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 225 Mutual Ave. The victim stated that someone broke into his home while he was away and stole a laptop computer.

— At 1:54 a.m. Sunday, an assault was reported at 621 Banana St.

— At 3:08 a.m. Sunday, an assault was reported at 1107 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 6:48 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report from the Shell station on 104 April Way that the security system detected a break in the front glass.

— At 12:05 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 2509 Surrey Court.

— At 1:19 p.m. Sunday, a man reported that his wife locked him out of their residence and refused to give him his property.

— At 1:39 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 1 Hubbard Road.

— At 4:20 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a report that a vehicle was vandalized at 960 Interstate Drive.

— At 5:20 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a report at 330 Mount Sterling Road. The victim stated that someone broke into his Chevy Impala and stole money and Lortab pills, which he had a prescription for.

— At 6:52 a.m. today, police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 20 S. Highland St.

Charged

— Keith Brumley, 49, of 38 Hughes Ave., was charged Saturday with resisting arrest and second-degree assault.

— Jason D. Coy, 26, of 9 Sylvania Ave., was served with a warrant Friday.

— Michael Hoyt Jones, 32, of 5 Second St., was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to notify of an address change and failure to maintain insurance.

— Naomi Jones, 38, of Somerset, was charged Saturday with no insurance and expired registration.

— Dana Miles, 38, of 226 Buffalo Trace, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.

— Matthew Moore, 21, of 11 Hughes Ave., Apt. 18, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Johnny L. Powell, 26, of 7 Leonard Ave., was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Kenny L. Robinson, 45, no address given, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, promoting contraband and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Ronald Rogers, 33, of 726 Estes Drive, was served with a warrant Sunday.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— Bobby Mundy of 271 Winn Ave. reported at 11:02 a.m. Thursday that someone stole two bottles of medicine from his nightstand.

— At 3:58 p.m. Friday, Ben Goff of 245 S. Main Street reported that someone stole $750 of copper wire from his farm.

— Leslie Bond of 642 Laura Drive reported at 12:31 p.m. Thursday that someone stole electronics and bicycle equipment from her home. The total value of the items was estimated at $2,050.

— David Crowe of 7353 Iron Works Road reported at 10 a.m. Friday that someone forged a check in his name.

Accidents

— At 2 p.m. Friday on Jackson Ferry Road, a car driven by Garry L. Parks Jr. of 4365 Trapp Goff Corner Road sideswiped a car driven by Robert L. Lewis of 1979 Jackson Ferry Road. Lewis was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment.

— A motorcycle driven by James Witzel of 238 Vaught Road ran off Irvine Road around 1:30 p.m. Sunday and struck an embankment. Witzel was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.

— At 1:53 p.m. Friday on Colby Road, a car driven by Eula Witt of 26 Churchill Drive struck the rear of a car driven by Ashleigh W. Eades of 732 Terry Drive. Eades was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment.
