The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 5 with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— McClennan Walters, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; alcohol intoxication, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 9.
— Lindsay Horseman, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to seven years.
— Jonathan C. Scott, receiving stolen property under $10,000, sentenced to one year probation.

The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 4 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Kimberly Lynn Henderson, second-degree burglary, amended to receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— James A. Jones, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, 10 days; fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 30 days; sentencing Dec. 2.
— Thomas R. Francisco II, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, no recommendation; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 2.
— Thomas Francisco, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended six years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 2.
