— Kayla S. Mitchell, 23, of 643 Laura Drive, was charged Monday with fraudulent use of a credit card, first-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking (auto).
— Joshua D. Saylor, 23, of 1987 Muddy creek Road was charged Monday with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unlawful taking (auto).

Reports
— At 10:48 a.m. Thursday, Steven L. Richardson of 117 Shady Hills Lane reported that someone broke into his tool box and took a saw, a hammer drill and an impact wrench.The property was recovered from a residence at 307 Hamilton St.
— On Monday, Steve Lee of 3380 Mount Sterling Road reported that someone entered his barn and took a rifle and several tools.
— At noon Dec. 15, AT&T employees reported that someone cut the fence, entered the property at 690 Stoner Ephesus Road and removed copper wire.
— At 10:15 a.m. Monday, Johnson Hindman Jr. of 110 Yorktowne Court reported that someone broke into his vehicle and took the stereo.
