WINCHESTER POLICE

Reports

— At 6:05 p.m. Thursday, a man reported that someone threw a rock at his car near 30 Buckner St.and cracked the windshield

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Dustin Ingram, 21, of 217 Whitney Court, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property.

— Telora Smyth, 20, of Cambridge Square Apartments, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary (two counts) and third-degree burglary.

— Tabatha Greer, 23, of 192 Wabash Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary (two counts) and third-degree burglary.

Report

— At 8 p.m. Thursday, Walter S. Frazier of 25 Cardinal Lane reported that someone used his credit card to make a purchase at a Walmart in Port Arthur, Texas.

Accident

— At 3:50 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road in which a vehicle operated by David R. Toews of 3515 Colonnade Drive was stopped in traffic to make a left turn when he was hit from behind but a vehicle driven by David H. Bolen of Lackey. Bolen told deputies that he looked down to adjust the radio and looked up to find the vehicle stopped in front of him. Bolen, his passenger, Delmas Bolen, and Toews refused medical care at the scene. Toews’ passenger, Rachael Toews, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel conducted one out-of-town transfer  and responded to one motor vehicle accident, one seizure and one cardiac case.

— At 4:54 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding at 155 Strode Station Circle.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:58 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 5990 Lexington Road.
