Leota Burns Robertson: Feb. 18, 2011

Leota Burns Robertson, 90, of Winchester, widow of Roscoe Robertson, passed away Friday at 11:22 p.m. at the Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation Center.  
She was born July 9, 1920, in East Bernstadt near London, Ky., to the late Felix and Sophia Campbell Burns.  Leota was a member of the Baptist faith.  
She is survived by four sons, Edward Williamson of Ohio, Jerome “Doc” Robertson of Winchester, James R. Robertson of Winchester and Douglas E. Robertson of Winchester; two daughters, Mildred Bowling of Paintsville and Kaye Chadwell of Winchester; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Harriett Fallen.  
Funeral services will be Wednesday at noon by the Rev. Lee Cruse at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.  
Burial will be in the Millers and Rogers Family Cemetery in Jeffersonville.  
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester.  
The family would like to give a special thanks to all of the Hospice East staff, the FCHR staff, Dr. Ralph A. Alvarado and Dr. Eric W. Bradburn.
