Charged
— Marissa R. Johnson, 38, of 334 Vanover Way, was charged Monday with harassment.
— Ashley Montgomery, no age, of 204 Candlewood Drive, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of intoxicants.
— Patricia Poole, 33, of 11 Hughes Ave., Apt. 26, was charged Monday with theft by deception.
— Howard T. Sosby, 42, of 136 Shanahan Lane, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Report
— At 8:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 39 S. Maple St. for a fight in progress. A report was taken.

Accident
— At 12:15 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road in which Leonard Hollon of 2430 Irvine Road was turning from U.S. 60 onto Carol Road and was struck by a westbound vehicle driven by Robert A. Brooks of Clay City. A passenger in Brooks’ vehicle was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center by private vehicle with unspecified injuries.
