Brooke Powell was recently crowned the 2011 Miss Bowling Green Outstanding Teen on Saturday at the Capitol Arts Theater.
She competed in private interview, on-stage question, talent and evening gown.
She will compete in Miss Kentucky’s Outstanding Teen June 9-11 at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset.
