Charged
— Rebecca Groves, no age listed, of 125 Kentucky St., was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $500.
— Christina Hughes, 42, of 3610 Stamper Drive, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Melissa Hull, 29, of 360 Hill St., Apt. 7, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Benjamin S. Nakajima, 36, of 3180 Ford Hampton Road, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Corey F. Nance, 34, of 23 N. Burns Ave., was charged Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school.
— Bobby G. Sparks, 29, of 2664 Mina Station Road, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Mikaela A. Young, 20, of 11 Pintail Lane, was charged Monday with fraudulent use of a credit card under $500.

Reports
— At 8:48 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 115 Olde Potomac Ave. concerning a theft of tools and other items.
— At 9:52 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 202 Beaumont Place after someone broke into the residence.
— At 7:04 p.m. Monday, a woman reported that someone took her cell phone from her home while she was in the shower.
— At 7:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Kmart concerning a shoplifter. Bobby Sparks was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 8:09 p.m. Monday, officers were called to a parking lot on Talbott Ave. after someone broke into a camper.
— At 8:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 14 Short St. after someone broke into the home and took several tools.
— At 10:16 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 11 Calloway St. concerning the theft of a metal chair and a flower pot. Rebecca Groves was charged with receiving stolen property.
