— Kameron L. Blake, 22, of 12 Dudley St., was charged Wednesday with improper display of registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports
— At 11:51 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 9 S. Bloomfield Ave. concerning a theft.
— At 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of traffic cones.
— At 6:55 a.m. today, officers were called to 200 Aubrey Lane after tires were flattened on a vehicle.
