Colleen Bentley Flack, 81, of Winchester, widow of Henry Flack, passed away on Thursday, March 31, at the Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation Center.  


Mrs. Flack was born in Neon, Ky., on Aug. 24, 1929 to the late Mack and Ada Franklin Bentley.  
She was a former motel owner, a homemaker and a member of the Macedonia Christian Church.
Survivors include three sons, Michael R. Flack of San Antonio, Texas, Jack R. Flack of Winchester and Scott C. Flack of Jeffersonville; four grandchildren, Judy Turley of Panama City Beach, Fla., David Flack of Panama City Beach, Fla., Brian Flack of Winchester and Christy Barber of Jeffersonville; one brother, John Bentley of San Diego, Calif.; one sister, Margaret Manasco of Versailles; and a number of great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.  


She was preceded in death by a son, Henry Mack Flack.


Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Monday, April 4 at Scobee Funeral Home by Charles Lees.

Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Lexington.  


Pallbearers will be Mrs. Flack’s sons, grandsons and great-grandsons.    


Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, April 3, at Scobee Funeral Home.
