BGADD names assistant director
David Duttlinger has been named assistant executive director of the Bluegrass Area Development District in Lexington.
Bluegrass ADD is the regional planning and development agency for 17 central Kentucky counties and 32 cities, created by action of the Kentucky General Assembly.
Duttlinger will continue to serve in his current role as director of the ADD’s Department of Community and Economic Development. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Kentucky Martin School of Public Administration, Duttlinger is also a commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
Casey plans kindergarten registration
LIBERTY — Casey County schools will have mandatory kindergarten screening and registration from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 11 at Jones Park Elementary; 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 12 at Walnut Hill Elementary; and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 15 at Liberty Elementary.
Bring items with child for program enrollment, including official birth certificate; child’s social security card; immunization certificate including chicken pox; complete school medical exam form; vision exam by optometrist or ophthalmologist; and dental screening. Stanford sets kindergarten registration
STANFORD — Stanford Elementary School will have kindergarten registration from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 20 and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 8. Bring a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate; child’s social security card; child’s immunization certificate; proof of address; and the child for kindergarten screening.
