Betty Anne Oaks: April 9, 2011

Betty Anne Oaks, 72, passed away at 9:23 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at the St. Joseph East Hospital.
A native of Clark County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Stafford and Ella Mae Humble King.
Betty was a retired Lexington Insurance Company agent with 33 years of service and a former member of the Boonesboro Lioness Club.
Survivors include a son, Mike R. Oaks (Gwen) of Winchester; a sister, Dotty Berryman of Georgia; a nephew; Bryan Berryman (Anita) of Georgia; a great-nephew, Alan Jacob Berryman; and three stepgrandchildren, Shirley, Josh and Jacob Adams.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, at the Winchester Cemetery shelter by Ron Ingram. There will be no visitation.
