Six indicted by Clark grand jury

The Clark County grand jury returned the following indictments Thursday in Clark Circuit Court.
— Bobby Hall, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Kenneth Fugate, fourth-degree assault (misdemeanor).
— Christopher Brewer, flagrant non-support.
— Gary R. Brown, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts).
— Gary R. Brown, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Michael Scott Hicks, second-degree wanton endangerment (misdemeanor).
— James R. Conner II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— James R. Conner II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

The grand jury issued a no true bill in the following cases.
— Gabriel Franco, first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Ivan Sams, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, fourth-degree assault.
