Winchester Police Department reports for April 23

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged
— Stephanie Ann Campbell, 28, of 2366 Ironworks Road, was charged Friday with contempt of court and libel.
— Abdul-azeez Hakim, 49, of 1 Lincoln Ave., was charged Friday with failure to illuminate headlights, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He also was served a warrant.

Reports
— At 11:06 a.m. Friday, a woman reported that a man  came into her residence with a silver pistol and forced her into the bedroom. He then went out the back door.
