— Adam Mitchell, 27, of 40 Wainscott Ave., was charged today with failure to signal, failure to maintain insurance and second-degree controlled substance.

— At 4:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 620 Boone Ave. concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 6:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 5 W. Broadway concerning a theft of medication and cash.
