Charged
— Florence Barnett, 30, of 307 Hamilton St., was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Jeremy R. Chapman, 26, of Richmond, was charged Wednesday with failure to signal, obstructed windshield, no rear view mirror, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Adam Mitchell, 27, fo 40 Wainscott Ave., was charged Wednesday with failure to signal, failure to maintain insurance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 8:42 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 295 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning a burglary at the concession stand.
— At 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 350 Hanover Drive after a caller said someone had been using her credit card number to make Internet purchases without her permission.
— At 12:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 443 Oreo Drive concerning the theft of a purse during the night.
— At 6:18 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 370 S. Burns Ave. after someone cut the convertible top on a vehicle and took a purse.
— At 9:11 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 111 Magnolia St. concerning a theft of medication.
— At 2:45 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 201 N. Main St., concerning the theft of a phone charger and checkbook from a customer’s car.
