Charged

— Jeffrey L. Barnett, 40, of 124 Cook Ave., was charged Friday with contempt of court and libel.
— Alena K. Carpenter, 30, of 110 Westside Drive, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and non-payment of fines.
— Tonya Fugate, 26, of 101 S. Burns Ave., was served with a warrant Friday.
— Marlene Gross, 23 of 350 Orange Ave., was served a citation and charged with failure to appear Sunday.
— Pete W. Gross, 50, of 11 Hughes Ave., Apt. 11, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication and failure of owner to maintain insurance.
— William H. Holland, 41, of 396 Bob O Link Drive, was charged Sunday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and reckless driving.
— Charles D. McGuire, 55, of 7 Holly Ave., was served a warrant Monday.
— Chasity Noe, 27, of 220 Jackson St., was charged Sunday with failure of owner to maintain insurance.
— Stephanie Oakley, 37, of 663 N. Main St., was served a warrant today.
— Chris T. Severns, 29, of 1405 Westwood Drive, was charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) Monday.
— Dominic T. Simmons, 26, of 21 Third St., was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and terroristic threatening.
— Ricky L. Sparks, 26, of 31 E. Lexington Ave., Apt. D, was served with a warrant Monday.

— At 12:13 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported that two bicycles were taken from her yard at 419 E. Washington St.
— At 5:59 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported that an adult male, living at 328 Canewood Drive, has Alzheimer’s disease and his daughter, who lives in Mount Sterling, stole his Social Security check and his food stamps out of his mailbox.
— At 7:15 p.m. Saturday, someone reported that checks were stolen from 208 C.G. Stephenson Drive.
— A U-Haul truck was rented at 1140 Bypass Road and at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, police received a report that the U-Haul had not been returned.
— At 10:31 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported that someone stole copper wire from an air conditioning unit at 109 Redwing Drive.
— At 11:26 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported that someone stole $200 in cash from her purse and an iPhone was taken from her residence, 207 C.G. Stephenson Drive.
— At 5:41 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that fireworks damaged a vehicle at 38 Rowland Ave.
— At 8:56 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that a weed eater was stolen from her deck at 495 Hidden Hills Way.
— At 2:23 a.m. today, a caller reported that brake lines had been cut in a vehicle at 1859 Bypass Road.
