Charged
— Chad E. Hisle, 25, of 6766 Paris Road, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Crystal L. Rice, 44, of 26 Sterling St., was charged Tuesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

Reports
— At 11:24 a.m. Tuesday, Roy L. Glover of Lexington reported that someone took a 50-inch plasma TV from his residence at 441 Mount Vernon Drive and damaged a 42-inch LCD TV. Glover said he is in the process of moving from the residence.
— At 8:08 a.m. Sunday, Arnold R. Taulbee of 719 Wayland Drive reported that Someone entered three vehicles at his residence and took a handgun, tools, a GPS unit, an iPod, a digital camera and a cell phone charger. The vehicles were all left unlocked.
— At 9:59 a.m. Sunday, Rufus W. Banks of 737 Wayland Drive reported that someone entered his truck and took a handgun. Banks said he believed he locked the door, but the driver's window was down several inches.
— At 10:43 a.m. Sunday, Earl C. Markland of 745 Wayland Drive reported that someone took his fishing gear and tools from his truck and a purse from his wife's vehicle. Both vehicles were unlocked.
