Charged
— James Beschorner, 48, of 160 Springmist Lane, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.
— James C. Middleton, 31, no address given, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:05 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 10 Linden Ave. concerning a person making threats.
— At 6:42 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 108 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a lost or stolen wallet.
— At 8:43 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a suspected shoplifter in custody. James Middleton was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 7:53 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 126 Lana Lane after someone damaged a car in the driveway.
— At 8:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 130 Lana Lane after someone broke into a vehicle during the night.
— At 8:41 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 133 Lana Lane concerning a stolen handgun.
— At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, a man reported that someone attempted to break into his truck at 17 Lakeview Drive.
— At 12:41 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive after someone broke into a truck and took several items.
— At 1:03 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 104 Springmist lane after a woman came there and was bleeding from her head. Police arrested James Beschorner and charged him with second-degree assault.
— At 2:12 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 605 Westwood Drive concerning a theft.
— At 9:11 a.m Sunday, officers were called to 1404 Westwood Drive after someone took a wallet.
— At 2:02 a.m. today, officers were called to 1225 Dale Drive after someone broke into a vehicle.
