— Daniel Ray Maxam, 22, no address given, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary (two counts).
— Valerie Akers, 24, of Mount Sterling, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.
— Steven Daugherty, 30, of Mount Sterling, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief.

— At 3:46 p.m. Tuesday, Megan Doyle of Winchester was assaulted by a known female at 180 Farris Redding Lane.
