Charged
— Violet Hall, 64, of Irvine, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Angelo Jones, no age, of 42 Wainscott Ave., was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication, first-degree fleeing or evading police, trafficking in marijuana, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
—¿Aaron Lovings, 22, of 632 Market St., was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Edward W. Means, 44, of 2600 Brass Field Road, was charged Tuesday with flagrant non-support.

— At 8:41 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 13 Hiawatha Trail concerning a theft of copper.
— At 10:57 a.m. Monday, a person reported a theft of medication from CVS¿Pharmacy.
— At 11:45 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 21 A St. after someone broke into a storage unit.
—¿At 1:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 102 Kittison Drive concerning the theft of a motorcycle.
— At 2:43 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 138 N. Main St. concerning damage to an electrical box.
— At 2:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Kmart concerning a suspected shoplifter in custody. Violet Hall was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 8:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Washington Street and Ashland Avenue concerning the theft of two water heaters.
— At 10:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 304 Newcastle Lane after someone broke into the home and left the front door open and the lights on.
— At 11:40 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. after a woman reported that a known man assaulted her and took her medication and cash.
— At 7:38 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1216 W. Lexington Ave. concerning the theft of a safe.
—¿At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1550 Bypass Road after someone broke into a vending machine at Jeff’s Car Wash.
— At 10:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 201 Forest Ave. concerning a suspicious man with a gun in a backpack. Angelo Jones was arrested and charged with multiple offenses. The backpack was located at 119 Clark Drive.
— At 7:28 a.m. today, officers were called to 303 Hill St. concerning the theft of a GPS unit from a vehicle.
