A Danville man with outstanding arrest warrants is behind bars after leading authorities on an early morning chase through two counties.

According to Danville police, Bradley S. Young, 29, who was known to have a felony parole warrant, was observed in the drive-through line of the McDonald’s on Jane Trail at about 3 a.m. Officer Chase Broach, who spotted the vehicle, confirmed that Young had several outstanding warrants and called for backup.

When officers attempted to make a traffic stop, Young drove on U.S. 150 toward Danville before turning south on U.S. 127 toward Hustonville. The Danville officers continued their pursuit into Lincoln County where Young turned onto Ky. 2141.

Young’s vehicle eventually ran out of gas on Ky. 2141 and rolled to a stop. Officers were able to make an arrest without incident.
