Nicholasville police reports for July 21

• Zachary V. Pollitt, 22, 63 Public Square, Lancaster, was arrested July 8 on East Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, third-degree burglary and receiving stolen property valued under $500.

• Steven D. Lancaster, 19, 205 N. Central Ave., was arrested July 8 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• William G. Welch, 48, 1656 Kissing Ridge Road, was arrested July 9 at 4000 Catnip Hill Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and first-degree disorderly conduct.

• John M. Grothe, 39, 3210 W. Arthington St., Chicago, was arrested July 9 on East Maple Street and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Coleman L. Tudor, 49, 131 Robin Road, was arrested July 10 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• Jacqueline Mullis, 23, 401 Garden Park, was arrested July 12 at 1015 N. Main St. and charged with theft by deception, including cold checks under $10,000.

• Joshua H. Ray, 23, 405 Hallgap Estates, Stanford, was arrested July 14 on Wilson Drive and charged with failure to or improper signal and driving under the influence.

• Keri Handley, 35, 121 W. Brown St., was arrested July 14 on West Brown Street and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Scott Goins, 35, 9368 Locust Pike, Covington, was arrested July 15 on Lexington Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Jeffrey Spicer, 52, 9360 Locust Pike, Covington, was arrested July 15 on Lexington Road and charged with driving under the influence, possession of open alcoholic beverage containers in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain liability/cargo insurance.

• Gretchen L. Jones, 30, 3685 Winthrop Drive, Lexington, was arrested July 15 on Lexington Road and charged with driving under the influence.
