Accident
— At 11:02 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ford Road in which William Clark, 48 of Richmond, was approaching East Kentucky Power when his Dodge van ran off the right side of the road, overturned and caught fire. Clark was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
