Charged
— James Tolson, 24, of 148 Cook Ave., was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports
— At 9 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported that copper was stolen from his home.
— At 1:31 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 303 Hill St. concerning vandalism.
— At 1:48 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported that some of her checks were stolen and cashed.
— At 2:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 200 Hubbard Road concerning a theft.
— At 4:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1100 Dale Drive after a known male took her laptop computer.
— At 5:13 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 302 Geronimo Court concerning an animal complaint involving the neighbors.
— At 12:46 a.m. today, officers were called to 4 Sylvania Ave. concerning a neighbor taking property during the night.
— At 7:44 a.m. today, officers were called to 25 Hays St. concerning a theft of a stereo from a vehicle.
