Clark Circuit Court dockets: Aug. 12, 2011

The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Aug. 4 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Danny R. Abney, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; possession of burglary tools, pleaded guilty, recommended six months; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 1.
— Barry King Jr., cultivating marijuana more than five plants, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 1.
— Jennifer Lyn Hazelrigg, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), sentenced to two and a half years concurrent, probated for five years.
— Thomas Lee Willoughby, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, sentenced to two years.
— James Edward Workman, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to four years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days; reckless driving, pleaded guilty, fined; speeding, pleaded guilty, fined.
— Stewart Williams, first-degree robbery, amended to second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years.
— Brittany Strange, complicity to first-degree robbery, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 months; sentencing Sept. 15.
