Charged
— Lorrie Hubble, 47, of 1547 Gay Evans Road, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Herman T. Reynolds, 50, of 65 Fourth St., was charged today with fourth-degree assault.

— At 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 12 Lakeview Drive after someone broke into a home.
— At 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 2:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 200 Springmist Lane when a former resident returned and demanded property.
—¿At 6 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 51 Winn Ave. after someone broke into a vehicle and vandalized it during the night.
— At 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, a person reported that someone stole their debit card and made two purchases.
— At 12:03 a.m. today, officers were called to 16 Ashland Ave. concening a domestic violence complaint. Herman T. Reynolds was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
— At 7:04 a.m. today, officers were called to 101 New St. concerning thefts from employees’ vehicles.
