— Winchester-Clark County Farmers Market open every Saturday through October, 9 a.m.-noon, in front of Tractor Supply on the Bypass.
— Family reunion in honor of James Thomas Crowe and Allie White Crowe, 12:30 p.m., Clark County Fish and Game Club, All friends and family are encouraged to attend.
— Wills reunion, Log Lick Christian Church shelter, noon. Bring a covered dish for lunch.

— Clark County Friends of the Library preview book sale for Friends of the Library members only, 5-7 p.m., 370 S. Burns Ave. Memberships for Friends of the Library available at the door. Donations of gently used books are being accepted through December and can be left at the front desk of the library. Call Sue Oliver, 744-9446, for more information.
— Retirement reception for Judy Singleton, 4-6 p.m., Holly Rood. Former students and co-workers are invited.

— “Appalachian Dawn,” a film about churches’ efforts to deal with the drug problem in Clay County, Central Christian Church, 5 p.m. Steve Humble of the Clark County Christian Drug Coalition, and others will also speak.
