Dr. and Mrs. T. J. Reynolds of Nicholasville recently celebrated, with joy, their 65th wedding anniversary. The couple chose Nicholasville to make their home, with Dr. Reynolds establishing his optometry practice and Mrs. Reynolds working as program manager for the first cable TV station in the county.

Both Dr. and Mrs. Reynolds have been active in civil, educational and charitable organizations over the many years of residence here, with Mrs. Reynolds serving as president of the Nicholasville Women’s Club and Dr. Reynolds serving as an honored member of Rotary International.

The couple have two children, Ted and wife Charlott Reynolds of Nicholasville, and Vickie (Reynolds) and husband Dr. Edward Akelman of Barrington, R.I.
