Obituary: Juanita Cook

Juanita Jean Goforth Cook, 77, widow of Jack Samuel Cook Sr., died Saturday. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Wesley and Pauline Jones Goforth.
Survivors include a son, James Hershel Lathery; two daughters, Pauletta Best and April Finch; a stepson, Jack Cook Jr.; a stepdaughter, Wendy Michelle Cook; three sisters, Edna Smith, Ruby Tackett, and Brenda Reed; four grandchildren; a great-grandson, Elijah Best; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother; a sister; and a grandson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today and after 7 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
