— Courtney L. Neal, 18, of 371 W. Broadway, was charged Tuesday with two counts of theft by unlawful taking.
— Harley N. Overpeck, 19, of 371 E. Broadway, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Hugo Ernesto Quiroz, 32, of 602 Banana St., was charged Tuesday with no operator’s license and fourth-degree assault.
Reports
— At 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, a person reported that her purse, which contained her identification, medical card and other items, was taken while she was at Broadway Liquor Monday.
— At 4:22 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported that her 13-year-old daughter was assaulted by another juvenile female when the two got off the bus at French Avenue and Highland Street.
— At 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning three suspected shoplifters. Courtney Neal and Harley Overpeck were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 5:48 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported that a known male assaulted her Sunday and Tuesday afternoon.
